Our sources

We build each page from court filings, federal agencies like the FDA, CPSC and NHTSA, news coverage and the law firms' own websites. You will find links to those sources on every page, along with the date we last reviewed it. We choose the order the firms appear in. The side-by-side tables list each firm's court roles and published outcomes, so you can make up your own mind.
